Actions overview

Actions are automation blocks you drop onto a packet. When a family finishes the step an action is connected to, the action runs.

Available actions

Action	What it does
Send email	Sends an email — to a parent, a staff member, or anyone.
Add card to Kinderly Grow	Creates a new card in your Grow pipeline, so the family appears in the right column with optional tasks already attached.
