Children
The Children area (/manage/children) is where you manage every child’s record across their time at your center.
What you can track
Section titled “What you can track”Core info: name, birth date, gender, enrollment status, program, classroom, USDA eligibility.
Each child’s detail page has tabs for:
- Info — core demographics and enrollment details
- Family — linked guardians with relationship type and custody flags
- Medical — conditions, physician info, medication
- Allergies — with severity
- Immunizations — with dates
- USDA — CACFP eligibility and income data
- Billing — linked billing accounts and fee overrides per program
- Documents — uploaded files
- Attendance — per-child sign-in/out log (individual or bulk entry)
- Notes — internal staff notes
- Addresses — multiple addresses per child
- Custom Fields — extra fields your center has defined
New Child Wizard
Section titled “New Child Wizard”A multi-step dialog that creates the child record and can create or link guardians in the same flow.
Mass actions
Section titled “Mass actions”Select multiple children to bulk-archive, bulk-assign to a program, and more.
