Programs
Programs (/manage/programs) define the enrollment tracks families can choose from. Each program has:
- A name
- A schedule
- A capacity
- Billing configuration — one or more recurring fees
Enrollment
Section titled “Enrollment”Enroll a child into a program with a start date and optional end date. Each child’s enrollment timeline shows active, future, and past enrollments.
Fee overrides
Section titled “Fee overrides”Per-child overrides let you adjust a program’s fee for individual children — for example, to apply a subsidy reduction or a sibling discount.
