Parent app
The Parent app is the companion app for families.
Your children
Section titled “Your children”- See every child linked to you with their current signed-in / signed-out status and classroom.
- Open a child’s profile for full details.
Daily feed
Section titled “Daily feed”- Scroll a feed of everything that happened today — diaper changes, naps, food, photos, milestones, notes.
- React to entries with 👍 ❤️ 😊.
Read center announcements — closures, events, news — posted by admins.
Center info
Section titled “Center info”Your center’s name, address, contact details, operating hours, days open, closed holidays, and logo.
Paperwork
Section titled “Paperwork”Everything your center has sent you through Shares:
- For you — paperwork addressed to you personally.
- For your children — paperwork tied to a specific child.
Tap any item to open the PIN-protected share and complete it.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”- See every outstanding bill, including line items and balance due.
- Tap Pay to pay by card (full or partial down to $0.50 — subject to your center having Stripe Connect enabled).
- Save a card for faster payments next time.
- Remove a saved card.
Messaging
Section titled “Messaging”Two-way chat with your center’s staff. You’ll get a push notification on new replies.
- See files linked to you or your children.
- Upload a file directly from your phone.
- Remove a file you uploaded.
