Cards and tasks

Each family in your pipeline is a card.

Cards

• Cards have a title, a description, and color-coded tags.
• Drag a card up or down within a column to reorder it.
• Drag a card across columns to move the family to the next stage.
• Click a card to open its detail dialog — where you can edit details, add tasks, and attach shares.

Tasks

Each card has its own task checklist — individual to-do items like “Send welcome email” or “Schedule tour”.

• Check a task off when you complete it.
• Delete a task you no longer need.
