Kinderly Manage overview

Kinderly Manage turns Kinderly into a full childcare management system (CCMS). It’s available as a metered add-on at $0.85 per active child per month.

With Manage you can run:

  • Child, staff, and guardian records
  • Classrooms and ratio tracking
  • Programs and enrollment
  • Attendance (desktop and mobile)
  • Family billing and payments (separate add-on)
  • Reporting
  • Scheduling and time off
  • Messaging with families
  • State-agency integrations like KinderConnect

Manage has its own left-hand navigation under /manage:

Dashboard · Children · Staff · Guardians · Classrooms · Programs · Billing · Reports · KinderConnect · Settings

First-time providers are walked through setup at /manage/setup — agency details, meal types, ratios, classrooms, and programs.
