Forms overview
Forms are how Kinderly collects information from families — enrollment details, consent to photograph, emergency contacts, permission slips. Once you build a form, you can send it on its own or drop it into a packet as one step in a longer onboarding flow.
What a form can do
Section titled “What a form can do”- Collect text, email, phone, date, and signature answers.
- Show parents a block of legal/consent text to acknowledge.
- Accept a photo upload (e.g., immunization record).
- Display static information and headings.
