Manage settings
Manage Settings (/manage/settings) is where you configure the Manage module for your whole center.
Sections
Section titled “Sections”- Agency Info — organization name, address, license number.
- Meals — configure meal types (breakfast, AM snack, lunch, PM snack, supper) and CACFP reimbursement rates.
- Allergies Catalog — the allergy types your staff can pick from on child records.
- Immunizations Catalog — the immunization types your staff can record.
- Ratio Bands — default ratio band templates applied to new classrooms.
- Agency Ledgers — funding source types (e.g., state subsidy programs).
- Custom Fields — extra fields your center wants on child, staff, or guardian records (text, date, select, checkbox).
- Stripe Connect — connect your Stripe account to accept card payments from guardians.
- Integrations — configure and enable third-party integrations like KinderConnect.
- Import — bulk import children or staff from a CSV.
