Manage settings

Manage Settings (/manage/settings) is where you configure the Manage module for your whole center.

  • Agency Info — organization name, address, license number.
  • Meals — configure meal types (breakfast, AM snack, lunch, PM snack, supper) and CACFP reimbursement rates.
  • Allergies Catalog — the allergy types your staff can pick from on child records.
  • Immunizations Catalog — the immunization types your staff can record.
  • Ratio Bands — default ratio band templates applied to new classrooms.
  • Agency Ledgers — funding source types (e.g., state subsidy programs).
  • Custom Fields — extra fields your center wants on child, staff, or guardian records (text, date, select, checkbox).
  • Stripe Connect — connect your Stripe account to accept card payments from guardians.
  • Integrations — configure and enable third-party integrations like KinderConnect.
  • Import — bulk import children or staff from a CSV.
