Approval mode
Each packet has an Action Trigger setting that controls when automated actions run.
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| Immediate | Actions fire the moment a parent finishes the step connected to them. |
| Requires Approval | No actions fire automatically. A staff member reviews the submissions and clicks Approve on the share detail page to run all actions at once. |
Use Requires Approval when you need a human to look things over — for example, before creating a Grow card or sending a welcome email.
Approving a packet
Section titled “Approving a packet”When a family has completed every step of a packet in Requires Approval mode, the share detail page shows a Needs Approval badge with an Approve button. Clicking it runs all packet actions.
